JUDGEMENT

(1.) Both these applications have been heard together and are being decided by this judgment.

(2.) Criminal Miscellaneous No. 4524 of 1975 arises out of a complaint case in which charges against the petitioners have been framed under Sections 323, 324, 147 and 148 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred as 'the Code') against the petitioners.

(3.) Criminal Miscellaneous No. 3202 of 1975 arises out of a police case in which, charge-sheet having been submitted, cognizance has been taken for offences under Sections 307, 147, 148, 324, 325 and 379 of the Code.
