JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a reference by the learn ed District Judge of Monghyr under Section 14 of the Legal Practitioners Act. The proceeding was started against the opposite party. Shri Muhammad Moinuddin, Mukhtar. The show cause notice was issued against him on the 17 of July, 1962, and the reference by the District Judge was made to this court by his order dated the 23rd of January, 1963. It is stated, however, that Shri Muhammad Moinuddin got himself enrolled as an Advocate on the 12th of September, 1965, According to the provisions contained in Section 58B (3) of the Advocates Act, 1961, the proceeding against Shri Muhammad Moinuddin, which has come before us on a reference made by the learned District Judge, must now stand transferred to the State Bar Council for necessary orders.
