JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner for following reliefs:-

(2.) At the outset, Mr. Sandeep Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave to seek relief nos. (v) and (vi) of the present application by way of filing another writ application as those reliefs relate to payment of salary matter which subject is not assigned to this bench.
