JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Government Advocate No. 7 for the appellants, Mr. Y.V. Giri, learned senior counsel for the respondents.

(2.) BY the order impugned a learned Single Judge of this Court while allowing the writ application, directed the authorities to grant scale of Rs. 8,000 -13,500 to the writ petitioners.

(3.) LEARNED Single Judge of this Court on basis of materials on records held that the writ -petitioners were entitled for the pay -scales of R 8,000 -13,500 at par with the other employees as recommended by the 5th Pay Revision Committee and the Fitment Committee.
