(1.) THIS appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 3.9.1993 passed by Sri Prabhat Kumar Sinha, 4th Additional District Judge, Muzaffarpur in Probate Case No. 11 of 1986 whereby he has been pleased to dismiss the probate case filed by the appellants.
