JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Satyabir Bharti, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Zaki Haider, learned counsel for the Bihar Public Service Commission ('BPSC' in short).

(2.) The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs :-

The case of the petitioner in brief is that the respondent-BPSC having come out with Advertisement no.65 of 2020 on 30/9/2020 for appointment on the post of Assistant Curator/Research and Publication Officer/Assistant Director in the Department of Art, Culture and Youth, Government of Bihar, the petitioner being eligible in all respects filed an application for appointment on the post of Assistant Curator. The petitioner had got the degree of Master of Arts in Ancient Indian History & Archaeology on 28/3/2011 from Patna University. It may be mentioned here that the last date for application against Advertisement no.65 of 2020 was 30/10/2020.
