(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The preliminary objection raised on behalf of the respondent-Union of India about the maintainability of the writ application seems to be correct, keeping in mind the ratio laid down by a Learned Single Judge in the case of Sunil Kumar Yadav Vs. Union of India and others, 2016 3 PLJR 870. The Court had summed up the ratio of the case in paragraph 50, which is reproduced hereinbelow:
(3.) In view of the above, the writ application of the petitioner is dismissed on the ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction. However, dismissal will not come in the way of the petitioner, pursuing the remedy before the appropriate Court or forum.
