JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) The challenge in the present intra court appeal is to the order dated 24.02.2014 passed by the learned Single Bench by which CWJC No.21785 of 2012, filed by the appellant, has been dismissed.

(3.) The appellant passed his Intermediate examination, conducted by the Bihar Intermediate Education Council, Patna in the year 2002 and secured 476 marks and was placed in the 2nd division.
