JUDGEMENT

(1.) The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to correct the name of the father of the petitioner as Yogendra Thakur instead of Dhirendra Thakur.

(2.) Leave is granted.

(3.) Necessary corrections in the cause title of the writ petition as also in the affidavit to the writ petition with respect to the name of the father of the petitioner must be done in course of the day.
