THIS is an application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as the Code) for quashing the order dated 21.11.2004/22.11.2004 Page 1151 passed by Sri J.K. Dubey, J.M. 1st Class, Sasaram in G.R. No. 935 of 2001/Tr. No. 2014 of 2004 by which he has rejected the prayer of the petitioner for his discharge.
