JUDGEMENT

(1.) - 1 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

(2.) THE order, as contained in annexure 25, issued vide memo no. 162 dated 20.9.1999 is under challenge, whereby and whereunder the Special Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna, has rejected the claim of the petitioner for the post of Sanskrit Teacher in the school in question.

(3.) PURSUANT to the direction of this Court, the petitioner filed his representation and after hearing the parties, the Special Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, disposed of the same by the order impugned.
