JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN terms of Section 14(8) of the Bihar Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act (IN short "the Act"), the present revision application has been filed by the "tenant" who has been ordered to be evicted.

(2.) HEARD both the parties.

(3.) I find no merit in this revision application and it is dismissed, accordingly.
