(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.

(2.) The petitioners have filed the instant application for the following relief(s):

The case of the petitioners in brief is that the Health Department, Government of Bihar decided to fill up 1544 posts of Ayush Doctors of Homoeopathy on contract basis through the State Health Society. A written test was conducted and in the merit list prepared both the petitioners were declared successful. They participated in the counselling held on 3/5/2010 and in the final eligibility verification list prepared on 15/7/2010 for Ayush Homoeopathic doctors, their names figured at Sl. nos.266 and 269.
