JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the parties are present.

(2.) The Vice Chancellor (Mr. Md. Isteyaque); the Financial Advisor (Devesh Kumar Sinha); the Registrar (Mr. Shushil Kumar Singh); the Finance Officer (Mr. Devesh Kumar Sinha); the Law Officer (Mr. Ajay Narayan Shrivastav); the State Auditor (Mr. Surendra Kumar Pandey); Assistants (Mr. Paresh Nath Upadhya, Mr. Hari Shankar Singh, Mr. Dhiradra Kr. Singh and Mr. Lal Bihari Singh) and Senior Auditor (Mr. Ram Narayan Singh) are present in Court today, pursuant to the request made by the Court in its order dated 21.09.2015.

(3.) The main object of the Court in requesting the above persons to be present in Court was to come out with some formula to streamline the issue relating to payment of admitted dues to retired employees of the University moreso, in cases where such persons have moved the Court and the matter is sub -judice.
