The respondent, Rajendra Agriculture University (hereinafter referred to as the University) had issued an advertisement for the post of Junior Scientist - cum -Assistant Professor in the different faculties of Agriculture, Agriculture Engineering, Home Science and Veterinary, for which necessary qualification was as follows: -
