JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and JC to SC 6.

(2.) This writ application has been filed for issuance of a direction upon the respondents to publish the second list of selected candidates for appointment oh the post of police constable pursuant to advertisement No. 1 of 1998.

(3.) It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that second list of selected candidates has not been published even despite directions, issued by the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Magadh Range, Gaya, dated 11th October, 2000.
