JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the learned counsel for the appellant and the State.

(2.) THE appellant has been convicted under Section 395 of the Penal Code and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for five years with a fine of rupees three thousand and in default of payment of fine to undergo rigorous imprisonment for one month.

(3.) ON the fardbeyan, the first information report lodged and police after investigation submitted the charge sheet.
