(2.) THE petitioner seeks direction upon the respondents to appoint him on the post of Bigular Constable with all consequential benefits.

(3.) FROM the materials on record, it, appears that there is provision to relax the age in the Police Manual and also in the Bihar Service Code and this power has been exercised by the authority in case Babuna Dubey and Shyam Balak Rai.
