JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Dhananjai Kumar Singh, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs. Smriti Singh who represent the opposite party.

(2.) The present application has been preferred by the petitioner for the transfer of the Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 197 of 2022 from the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Katihar to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna.
