JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Siyaram Sahi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Anjani Kumar, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Mr. Amit Kumar Jha, learned Advocate for the Nalanda University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University").

(2.) This writ application has been filed seeking the following reliefs:-

The petitioner in this case is aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the office order no. 859 dtd. 02/12/2022 issued by the Registrar, Nalanda University whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been communicated that he would cease to be on the rolls of the University with immediate effect. The impugned office order is Annexure '20' to the writ application.
