(2.) It appears that vide order dtd. 26/9/2023, ratio of law regarding Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2015 and 2016 has been decided by the Hon'ble Full Bench in this case and the case has been placed before this Bench for adjudication accordingly.
