JUDGEMENT

(1.) I have already heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

(2.) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Alamnagar (Ratwara) P.S. Case No. 129 of 2022, registered for offence punishable under Sec. 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Sec. 27 of the Arms Act.

(3.) As per allegation, having heard the screaming of his mother, the informant went to his Baithka and saw the dead body of his brother Sonu Kumar, aged about 17 years. The deceased had sustained fire shot injury on his chest. Due to time consumed in cremation, etc., the FIR was lodged on 17/5/2022 at about 4.05 P.M., whereas the occurrence is said to have taken place in preceding night.
