JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioners claim equality with the teachers of secondary school. The petitioners are physical trained teachers in the elementary school. The qualification of a teacher in a secondary school is different from the qualification of a teacher in an elementary school.

(2.) IN a secondary school the basic qualification is a graduate. But this is not so in an elementary school and the petitioners do not possess this qualification.

(3.) THE petitioners have yet to acquire the qualification.
