(1.) These applications have been heard together since they involve a common question of law.

(2.) Mr. P.N. Shahi, learned Senior Counsel has led the submissions.

(3.) The parties are in agreement that all these applications are squarely covered by a Special Bench Judgment of this Court in Bablu @ Rajesh Kumar and Others v. The State of Bihar and Others since reported in (2021) 3 PLJR 220.
