JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner seeks following reliefs in the present application:

(2.) In sum and substance, the case of the petitioner is that she was a candidate for the post of Mukhiya in the Panchayat election of Kataria Gram Panchayat under Sadar Block Munger.

(3.) It is well settled that challenge to the election to the post of Mukhiya of a Gram Panchayat has to be made by filing election petition in accordance with law.
