(1.) Heard Mr. Chandra Kant, learned counsel for the appellant.

(2.) The present appeal is directed against the order dtd. 18/7/2022 passed by the learned Sub-Judge-II, Dumraon, (Buxar) in Title Suit No. 423 of 2021 by which the learned Court rejected the injunction petition.
