JUDGEMENT

(1.) Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within two weeks from today.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned Special Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

(3.) The present appeal has been preferred under Sec. 14(A)(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 against the refusal of prayer for bail vide order dtd. 2/7/2022 for the alleged offence under Ss. 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 427, 504 and 506 of I.P.C. read with Ss. 3(i)(r)(s)/3(2)(v) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
