JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation.

(2.) The Petitioner No.1 is son of late Guneshwar Prasad singh bearing Employee No.65649, who died on 26/9/2018 while in employment of Barauni Refinery of the Indian Oil Corporation Limited. The Petitioner No.2 is the spouse of the deceased employee who has nominated the Petitioner No.1 for the said benefit.

(3.) Writ application has been filed seeking a direction upon the Respondents to employ the Petitioner No. 1 on a suitable post in 'Staff Category' in the respondentCorporation, in terms of the Superannuation Benefit Fund Scheme (hereinafter referred to as 'SABF').
