JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

(2.) The claim in the writ application is for grant of aid to the Managing Committee of the Balika Uchaya Vidyalaya, Sahsaraon at Siwan.

(3.) It is submitted that an enquiry has been held and recommendation has been made for release of aid on 9.9.2009. Contrary to the same the aid is released in favour of respondent no. 6.
