ANANT KUMAR BRAHMCHARI Vs. STATE OF BIHAR

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Sri Lalit Kishore, Senior Counsel and Additional Advocate General-I appears in view of the earlier direction of this Court dated 21.12.2011 wherein this Court has directed the Senior Counsel of Bihar School Examination Board to authenticate the date of birth of the appellant and file a report in this regard.

(2.) Learned Additional Advocate General-I has filed counter affidavit on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board and submitted that duplicate certificate showing the date of birth of the appellant to be on 25.5.1969 is correct.

(3.) Heard learned lawyers for the parties.
