JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is directed against the order dated 4-2-1991 passed by Sri Tabark Hussain, Subordinate Judge, 3rd Court, Hazaribagh in Partition Suit No. 9 of 1982 whereby and whereunder the said learned court dismissed an application for amendment of the written statement filed on behalf of the petitioners.

(2.) The Opposite Party No. 1 filed a suit for partition. Opposite Party Nos. 2 to 6 and Opposite Party Nos. 7 to 17 were described before the court below as defendants Ist set and 3rd set respectively. The aforementioned defendants first set and third set are supporting the case of the plaintiff-opposite party No. 1.

(3.) The fact of the matter lies in a very narrow compass.
