JUDGEMENT

(1.) Matter has been listed today as the office has pointed out inadvertent error in the heading printed in the judgment dtd. 21/5/2021. "21/7/2021" has wrongly been printed in the header of the judgment in place of "21/5/2021", which is the correct date of the judgment.

(2.) All the parties have appeared through virtual mode and certain other inadvertent typographical errors have also been pointed out by the parties. The same are as follows:-

(3.) At page 16 of the judgment the date of notification at Annexure 23 has been typed as 1/6/200 in stead of 1/6/2020.
