(2.) Heard Mr. N K Agarwal, learned senior counsel along with Mr. Ashok Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioners; Mr. Mukeshwar Dayal, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (hereinafter referred to as the 'APP') for the State and Ms. Soni Srivastava, learned counsel for the informant.

(3.) The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bajpatti PS Case No. 165 of 2020 dated 10.05.2020, instituted under Sections 341/323/307/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
