JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Birendra Kumar Sinha, learned Senior counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr. Shankar Dayal Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

(2.) The present miscellaneous appeal is directed against the order dated 13.12.2006 passed in Matrimonial Case No. 190 of 1998 by which the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna has passed the order in favour of respondent No. 1 for dissolution of marriage.
