JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the parties.

(2.) THE petitioner is aggrieved by the orders as contained in Annexure -1 and Annexure -2 directing the petitioner to surrender all his rights including the property in favour of the respondent Board because the Trust Board was of the opinion that the property in dispute was a Public Trust.

(3.) I have heard the parties and perused the record.
