KISHORI DAS Vs. STATE OF BIHAR

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS petition is no different than an earlier one which had been filed (C. W. J. C. No. 1507 of 2001). The earlier petition related to Panchayat election. The present one relates to elections to the municipalities which are in the process of being held.

(2.) LIKE in the earlier one, same counsel appears in the present one and submits that the petition be permitted to be withdrawn.

(3.) AS the petition is being withdrawn, it is laid to rest with the aforesaid observation.
