JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel have not appeared due to the cause given by the Co-ordination Committee of the High Court.

(2.) However, in terms of order dated 13.01.2020, Mr. Md. Dilnawaz Ahmad, Superintendent of Police, Kaimur; Dr. (Mrs.) Kiran Singh, Gynaecologist, Lady Medical Officer, Sadar Hospital Bhabhua; Dr. Vinay Kumar Tiwari, Medical Officer, Sadar Hospital, Bhabhua and Dr. Krishna Kumar Singh, Dental Surgeon, presently posted at Bhabhua, at present Dental Surgeon, Primary Health Centre, Chenari, Rohtas are present.

(3.) Despite the Court requesting the Principal Secretary, Department of Health to be present in Court today, he has not appeared. No exemption has been either sought or granted to him.
