JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

(2.) The services of the petitioner was terminated and against the aforesaid order of termination, the petitioner has already approached the District Teachers Appellate Tribunal.

(3.) The District Teachers Appellate Tribunal was under an obligation to comply with the orders of this Court in letter and spirit. That not having been done, this Court expresses its displeasure.
