JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner was appointed as Assistant Teacher in Shanti Raman Girls High School, Sadhwara. The said school was taken over, vide letter No. 108 dated 12th February, 1985. The service of the petitioner was taken over/recognised on 30th August, 1991 but it was subsequently cancelled vide order dated 10th August, 1996. the petitioner has challenged the order dated 10th August, 1996 in C.W.J.C.No.8903/96. In the meantime, while the writ petition was pending, another case, C.W.J.C.No.4045/95 was preferred by one Kapildeo Tiwary without impleading the petitioner as party Respondent. During the pendency of C.W.J.C. No.8903/96 preferred by petitioner, certain orders were passed in the case of Kapildev Tiwary (C.W.J.C.No.4045/95) on 4th March, 1997. As the said order and judgment could have affected the writ petition preferred by this petitioner (C.W.J.C.No.8903/96), to save her inter - west, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition for review/recall of the order dated 4th March, 1997 passed in C.W.J.C.No.4045 of 1995. 3. As the aforesaid writ petition, C.W.J.C.No.8903 of 1996 has been disposed of and allowed in favour of petitioner (Pratibha Singh), videojudgment dated 23rd June, 2000 and she has been reinstated, it will not serve any purpose, even if the order and judgment dated 4th March, 1997 passed in C.W.J.C.No.4045 of 1995 is reviewed, the petitioner having already granted relief. 4. Accordingly, no further order is required to be passed in this case. 5. This writ petition stands disposed of.
