JUDGEMENT

(1.) Denigratio alienae famae, in the Latin of the medieval schoolmen. A good name is better than great riches.

(2.) Since this case relates to question of defamation, therefore, this court would also like to quote from the famous othello by Shakespeare book Act II, Scene 3 pp. 167:

(3.) Aggrieved by the judgment and decree, dated, 26.8.2006, passed by the learned first appellate court, whereby suit filed by the plaintiff/respondent for defamation came to be decreed, the defendant/appellant has filed the instant appeal. The parties shall be referred to as the "plaintiff" and "defendant".
