JUDGEMENT

(1.) The prayer in this application is for vacation/modification of interim order dated 3rd April, 2019.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(3.) The only interim order passed on 3rd April, 2019, was that the Municipal Council, Theog, will not allot the work of collection of the garbage, "without inviting tender". In other words, there is no embargo for the Municipal Council, to issue a tender, follow a transparent method and allot the work, in accordance with law.
