JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Reserve Bank of India has come up with the above Letters Patent Appeal questioning the correctness of the order of the learned Single Judge allowing the writ petition filed by the respondent herein.

(2.) Heard Mr. Neeraj K. Sharma, learned counsel for the appellant and the respondent appearing in person.
