JUDGEMENT

(1.) Sub Inspector Santosh Raj and Head Constable Shyam Lal, Police Station, Sadar, District Mandi, H.P., were present on the last date, when the matter was heard. They had filed status report and had also brought the police file. I Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? have seen the status report as well as the police file to the extent it was necessary for the purpose of deciding the present petition and the same stands returned to the police officials. Status report is taken on record.

(2.) F.I.R. No. 55/2019, dated 27.2.2019 was registered at Police Station, Sadar, Mandi, H.P., under Sections 379 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) The gist of the F.I.R. is that a motor cycle was stolen on 27.2.2019. In the F.I.R. no person was named and neither any accusation or suspicion was made against any person.
