Unfortunately, the State in the instant case appears to have forgotten to acknowledge and recognize the sacrifices and contribution made by the husband of the petitioner during the freedom struggle for which he was awarded 'Tamara Patra' by none other than, the then Hon'ble Prime Minister of India on the 25th Anniversary of the Independence Day on 15th August, 1972.
