(1.) By way of instant petition filed under S.439 CrPC, bail petitioner has prayed for regular bail in FIR No. 50, dated 27.7.2019, under Ss. 147, 148, 149, 452, 323, 307 and 325 IPC, registered at Police Station Shillai, District Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh.
