JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition is under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail in case FIR No. 91/19, dated 07-04-2019, registered under Section 20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Kullu, District- Kullu, HP.

(2.) This Court had issued notice to respondent vide order dated 23-05-2019 and on 10-06-2019 police had filed status report.

(3.) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondent and have also gone through the status report.
