JUDGEMENT

(1.) Challenging his disqualification in the technical bid for the award of a contract for the construction of a road, the petitioner, who participated in the tender, has come up with the above writ petition.

(2.) Heard Mr. H.R. Jhingta, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ashok Sharma, learned Advocate General appearing for respondents No. 1 to 3.

By an Invitation dated 18.06.2018 made online, tenders were invited for the construction of M/T on Oddi Gharewathi road via Mohan, Rahu Drog road Km.0/000 to 5/195 (SH: R.O.F.D i/c R/Wall and B/Wall, Cross Drainage, M/T, PCC Side drain, PCC Parapets and PCC Side Drain, Logo Sign Board and Kilometer Stones etc.) Under Nabar RIDF-?XXIII. The Notice Inviting Tender indicated that the technical bids were to be opened and evaluated on 17.10.2018 upto 1100 hours.
