JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner laid challenge to the notice issued by the H.P. State Pollution Control Board, "Him Parivesh" Bhawan, Dharamshala, calling upon the petitioner to show cause as to why action for not complying with the various provisions of law be not taken.
