JUDGEMENT

(1.) We direct Chairman of the H.P. Bus Stand Management and Development Authority, Main Bus Stand, Shimla to ensure compliance of order dated 12.08.2014, passed in CWP No. 5729 of 2014, titled as M/s Ad. Global versus H.P. Bus Stand Management & Development Authority & another, if not already done. Needful be positively done within a period of four weeks.

(2.) With the aforesaid direction, the petition stands disposed of, so also pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
