By way of instant bail petition filed under Section 438 CrPC, prayer has been made for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with FIR No. 74/18 dated 5.4.2018 under Sections 20 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act registered at Police Station Amb, District Una, Himachal Pradesh.
